About JobStub

JobStub is a software product operated from Canada and currently offered to customers in Canada and the United States. Questions can be sent to hello@jobstub.app.

The desktop web service

JobStub provides browser-based tools for customer records, price-book items, invoice drafts, invoice delivery, customer invoice pages, reports, documents, and exports. The signed-in workspace is intended for a supported desktop browser with an internet connection. Customers may open the private invoice links you send on a desktop or mobile browser without installing an app or creating a JobStub account.

Accounts and your responsibilities

You are responsible for protecting your account, using an email address you control, and keeping your account information current. You are also responsible for the accuracy and legality of customer information, prices, taxes, payment instructions, and every document you choose to send. Only enter information that you are authorized to use for your business.

Trial use and paid web subscriptions

Customer invoice pages and payments

When you send an invoice, JobStub emails the customer a private browser link. Anyone with a valid link may be able to view the associated invoice, so you must send it only to the intended recipient. JobStub displays the payment instructions or links that you provide. JobStub does not process your customer’s card, bank, cash, cheque, or electronic transfer payment and is not responsible for collecting an invoice or resolving a payment dispute.

2026 launch offer

A new paid customer who starts checkout by October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Atlantic may choose either $9.50 USD per month for the first three monthly billing periods, renewing afterward at $19 USD per month, or $120 USD for the first annual billing period, renewing afterward at $180 USD per year. One introductory offer is available per account across both plans, cannot be stacked with another discount, and is applied automatically by JobStub’s server when the account is eligible and the configured Stripe discount validates successfully. Canceling does not restore launch-offer eligibility. Checkout fails closed rather than silently charging an eligible account full price when the launch discount is unavailable. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the billing portal.

Your content, retention, and deletion

You retain responsibility for the business and customer content you enter. You give JobStub permission to store, copy, transmit, and otherwise process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. Account deletion is available through the web account controls and is intended to remove account-owned application records and managed uploads, subject to legally required, security, billing, fraud-prevention, delivery-ledger, and backup retention.

Browser compatibility and service availability

JobStub may change supported browsers, features, limits, or workflows as the product develops. Some functions may be unavailable in older browsers, small-screen browsers, private browsing modes, or when cookies, scripts, or network access are blocked. JobStub aims to keep the service available but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Upcoming mobile app and optional beta

JobStub plans to release a native mobile app and may first invite selected users to test experimental iPhone and Android features. Mobile beta access is optional, invitation-only, time-limited, and may be changed or revoked for testing, security, abuse, or program changes. Beta builds may be incomplete and are not the standard paid desktop service. Native beta builds do not provide Stripe checkout or native purchasing. When a beta grant expires, the account returns to its otherwise applicable free or paid web state.

Emails and analytics

JobStub sends transactional account, verification, password-reset, invoice-delivery, receipt, billing, security, and support emails as needed. Optional beta announcements require the relevant consent. The website and web application use analytics to understand page and product flows. JobStub does not intentionally include customer names, email addresses, invoice contents, tokens, or raw errors in custom analytics event properties.

Acceptable use

Do not use JobStub to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unsolicited content; probe or disrupt the service; bypass quotas or access controls; or submit information you are not authorized to process.

Liability

JobStub is provided “as is” and does not provide accounting, tax, legal, collection, or payment-processing advice. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JobStub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms as JobStub changes. Material changes will be posted with a new date and, when appropriate, communicated to account holders. Your continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply, subject to any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
