JobStub is a live desktop web app for manual invoicing. Its upcoming iPhone and Android app is planned to add voice-to-draft capture, with invitation-only testing first. Every customer, line item, price, and delivery detail must still be reviewed before sending.
What is coming to the mobile app
The planned workflow starts with a spoken job note: say who the work was for, what you completed, and what it cost. The mobile app will structure those details into a draft instead of sending anything on its own.

- Fix anything JobStub flags or you want to change.
- Choose whether to send only after every detail looks right.
What should you say?
A useful note includes the same facts you would enter in the web editor: who the work was for, what you completed, and what it cost. For example: “Mowed and edged Ray’s place, eighty dollars.”
Voice interpretation is not guaranteed. Names, quantities, prices, and tax details can be misunderstood, which is why the review step stays mandatory.
Faster capture without giving up control
Voice should remove retyping, not judgment. JobStub drafts; you approve. Nothing sends because you recorded a voice note.
That matters when customer names sound alike, a one-off price replaces the usual rate, or the note leaves out an important detail.
